Our Story

After being gone from Scappoose for many years, Burrito Express is excited to be making a come back in Columbia County!

Burrito Express is a brother chain to Super Burrito Express operating In Milwaukie for 25 years! We look forward to bringing the same amazing service and flavor to the city of Scappoose.

We are proud to call the city of Milwaukie our home and are grateful to be able to stay open and continue to serve our beloved customers!

Tacos

Who doesn't love a good taco? Especially, when you get to choose the meat and fresh daily ingredients... how could you say no?

Burgers

Don't be fooled we cook a mean burger! Whether it be a single, double, or our quarter-pounder Super Burger you won't be disappointed. Add bacon, avocado slices, or jalapeños for that extra kick!

Burritos

You can never go wrong with a burrito. If you're feeling adventurous try "El Super Burrito" with a Chile Relleno stuffed inside.

Another popular burrito is the Oregon Burrito that comes with carne asada, bacon, onions, cheese and potatoes!

Quesadilla

Cheese, cheese, cheese, and more cheese on a crispy flour tortilla. Want meat? We can load it up with any meat you'd like! We also offer the Express Quesadilla which comes with pastrami and avocado. Our biggest and most popular quesadilla is the Special Quesadilla. It comes loaded with cheese pastrami, green chili, avocado, and tomatoes.

Tostadas

Homemade deep fried corn tortilla with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado sauce and cheese.

If you want less carbs ask for the soft tostada, which has the same ingredients as the tostada just wrapped up in a burrito!

Nachos

Our regular nachos come with nacho cheese for the ultimate cheesy experience.

Upgrading to the Super Nacho is your best bet. The super nachos come loaded with beans, cheese, sour cream, avocado sauce and your choice of meat.

Be ready to ask for a to-go box!

Seafood

Our seafood staples are packed with flavorful fish!

Our shrimp is fajita seasoned to perfection you won't want to miss!

If your tastebuds to take a trip down south to Las Playas, we recommend the Mojarra plate. A deep fried tilapia with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Your choice of flour or corn tortillas!

Sandwiches

Our handmade bread for our tortas are huge and packed with flavor. You choose your meat and then we lay it on some beans topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced avocado. Finally, we put sour cream on it and you’re good to go!

Hot Pastrami? No, its not spicy (unless you want it to be)! We cook the pastrami, toast the French roll and top it with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mustard spread.
